Introduction to Assembly Line of Grain Fillings Products of Red Bean

　　The line consists of screening equipments of raw red bean, boiling facilities and equipments of fillings making, packing, disinfection. The whole line has 25 sets key facilities. General volume of engine of 45 KW, exhausted steam of 2000kg/h. Requirements of production workshop: length is 50m, width is 9m, height is 6m, bean fillings is 5t/8h. Only ten workers can operate entire line. Except screening equipments of raw mateials, the rest of equipments are made of fine stainless steel. With tight structure, reasonable flow of techonlogy, for many years it has been adopted by consumers mainly specializing in red bean fillings all over our country and Japan.
